Student Mobility for Traineeship
- Application Form
- 1 photograph
- A referral from an academic teacher
- Language certificate(s) or a certificate from a language teacher
- A confirmation of the average grade obtained throughout the whole period of university education (available at the Student’s Afairs Office)
The documents should be submitted to the International Relations Office, room 612 (6th floor).
Note! If you have already found an institution ready to offer you traineeship, do not forget to attach the letter of intent or proposal of „Learning Agreement for Traineeship” from this institution to your application.
Student Mobility for Studies
- Application Form
